To my surprise I crossed the line first and picked up a gold medal. Not only that but I was 2nd overall in the age group race. How neat is that.

- Accidental cumin instead of cinnamon on the Porridge incident! Thought 1st few mouthfuls tasted a bit wierd! Not a great start ;-)
- 1st swim since crash done...ouch! IM Wisconsin is gonna hurt!
- Nice 5hr Surrey hills ride with @ThePowerBarKid done. Dodge the rain too! More of the same tomorrow...
- 1st Oct=1st snow on a ride in Boulder. Knew I should've worn gloves for the climb to Ward! Brrr! Brrr! Can't feel my fingers.
- Big gap to next guys on bike so decided to hand chip in &do run for fun. Finished 6th. Counts for nothing but happy overall..ish!Progress?!
